Meet Details
Please declare whether your swimmer will attend or not attend on the Swimtopia Team website for EACH meet. Declarations open from Wednesday morning - Friday at midnight. If you have not declared them by the Friday deadline they will not be able to swim in the meet. Please declare your swimmers as either attending or not attending for the meet.
No additional swimmers can be added once the declaration period has closed. If you've declared your swimmer as attending, but need to withdraw due to an emergency, email [email protected] as soon as possible.
Food
Available on the lanai. Cash or Venmo is accepted.
Dominos pizzas (Large, Cheese) $12 each.
Zaxby's chicken sandwiches - $6
Zaxby's Chicken nuggets 5pc - $5
Drinks & snacks will also be available.
Pelican Snoballs will be in front of the clubhouse.
Arrival Time for Home Meets
Please arrive by 4:40 pm to check in. Enter through the main door of the pool. Warm ups will start at 5:00; and the meet will begin at 6:00. Please make sure to arrive on time! If for any reason you will be late, please let a coach know if you have not done so already.
Theme
Each meet, we have a theme where our swimmers can choose to wear costumes or accessories over their suits when they arrive at the pool.
What to bring
Please make sure to wear your WhiteCaps team bathing suit or one similar and bring goggles, a swim cap, food, sunscreen, a Sharpie, and a towel. Make sure to bring plenty of water.
Volunteers
Swim team families are required to volunteer three times. If you have not yet signed up to serve as a volunteer, please do so - we need everyone’s help to run meets.
