Registration Info & Fees
Registration for the 2026 season opens April 12
The WhiteCaps summer swim team is open to all WoodCreek resident families in good standing with the HOA. The team is open to all swimmers ages 5 – 18 years as of June 1st of the swim season. Swimmers must pass the swim test:
- 5-6 year olds must swim 15 meters independently
- 7 years and up must swim 25 meters independently
Swim stroke technique will not be evaluated as part of the swim test; the focus is solely on ensuring the safety of swimming unassisted for the required distances of 15 or 25 meters.
WoodCreek WhiteCaps registration fees for 2026 are as follows:
- $130 first child
- $120 each additional child
The cost of the team swimsuit (optional) and other equipment (e.g., goggles) is NOT included in the registration fees. These items must be purchased separately.
Swim team registration fees are determined each swim season. These registration fees are the team’s primary source of financial support.
Registration fees cover the following:
- TSA Dues
- Coaches’ salaries
- Swim insurance
- A t-shirt and a swim cap for each registered swimmer
- Ribbons, medals, and other awards
- Miscellaneous administrative expenses
Refunds
- $120 ($110 per additional sibling) refund to any swimmer if requested in writing to the WCWC email ([email protected]) by May 29th
- $120 refund for swimmers that coaches determine are not ready to be on the team yet following the swim test. *$110 for each additional family member determined not ready by coaches.
